Stefano Mazzi, born and raised in Italy, has brought his vision to many restaurants, chefs, and owners.  As a consultant, he brings over thirty years of experience in International Cuisine.  Cordon Blue trained, he brings passion and a fresh approach to classic and contemporary Italian cuisine.
